Learn simple strengthening exercises to improve your posture and feel more ease in your body, no fancy equipment needed! The exercises in these classes can be practiced seated or standing and are suitable for all fitness abilities.
In these classes you will:

Each 30-minute movement class will include
- Gentle warm-up stretches
- Simple strength training exercises using everyday objects
- Brief cool down to integrate strength without pain
