When did you last drink water?
Track your water intake – divide your weight by 2, then use this number as the target number of ounces to drink during your day. For example, someone who weighs 150 pounds would aim to drink 75 oz daily.
Keep a glass by your bed and drink first thing in the morning.
If you can’t choose water instead of snacking, sugar, caffeine, or alcohol, have both.
Our bodies are roughly 60% water. Most of us are dehydrated much of the time.
