The days are short and they’re flying by! In this dark, cold, and busy time of year, it is all too easy to get wound up. It feels like there’s not enough time to wind down and relax, much less get to a yoga class.
Consider that relaxation doesn’t have to come in 90 minute sessions. It can come in 3 minute breaks throughout your day.
Please take time to breathe. Allow yourself a 3 minute break to:
close your eyes,
bend your knees,
soften belly and face and brain,
remember something – anything – you love, and
smile.
